NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER ADOPTION  OF A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of  California, will hold a public hearing to consider a Major Use Permit (UP 20-82) consisting of  twelve (12) commercial cannabis licenses consisting of 346,667 sq. ft. of outdoor cannabis  cultivation; 48,000 sq. ft. of indoor (greenhouse) cannabis cultivation; a 10,000 sq. ft.  drying building, an A-Type 4 nursery license, a Type 13 Self-Distribution licenses, and  consideration of adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS 20-98) on Thursday  August 26, 2021, 9:10 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street,  Lakeport, California. Applicant: BG Property Management LLC.

Proposed Project: Commercial cannabis cultivation.

CITY OF CLEARLAKE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 10th, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA., to consider Condition Use Permit 2021-31 and Categorical Exemption CE 2021-08:

The applicant, Ginny Ansaldo, is requesting approval of conditional use permit application CUP 2021-31 and corresponding environmental filing Categorical Exemption CE 2021-08 for the operation of a Secondhand Goods Retail Store, utilizing an existing facility in the MUX, Mixed Use Zoning District located at 14893 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake, CA 95422 further described as APN: 040-237-03 within the city’s downtown corridor. Any other local, federal and state agency approvals will be required prior to operation.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake will hold a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA., to consider the following:

• Repealing and replacing Chapter 17 of the Clearlake Municipal Code “Floodplain Management” as reviewed by FEMA and DWR in order to ensure compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program.
