The City intends to award a contract for work which includes clearing of all weeds, overgrown brush and dead trees/limbs listed in Exhibit A.

Exhibit A includes the property locations, photos or properties and property information.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals and performing all work required to complete the contract.

The City intends to award a contract for work which includes pest control services for the Highlands Senior Center at 3245 Bowers Avenue, The Visitor Center located at 14295 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake City Hall and Police Department located at 14050 Olympic Drive.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals and performing all work required to complete the contract. Service provider must be licensed to apply pesticides and have a valid business license. Services may include treatment for mice, spiders, rodents, roaches, ants etc.

Contractor must be licensed to apply pesticides and have a valid business license.
