NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT REVIEW / DECISION AND A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION TO A CEQA* REVIEW  BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of  Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 21-20) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., October 22, 2021 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport,  California. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on  November 3, 2021 at 02:05 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.  Applicant/Owner: Courtney Van Leuven. Proposed Project: A minor use permit for a drive  through juice stand. Location: 15741 Douglas Street, Middletown; APN: 024-402-05. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clearlake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA., to consider the following:

  • Conditional Use Permits CUP 2021-05 through 2021-08 for commercial cannabis cultivation/processing, manufacturing, distribution, and delivery only dispensary, along with accompanying Development Agreement DA 2021-04 and Cannabis Business/Regulatory Permit CBRP 2021-04, for the establishment of a cannabis operation located at 2185 Ogulin Canyon Road, Clearlake, CA 95422 further described as APN: 010-044-17-000.
