NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 9:15 a.m., or soon thereafter, in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed Major Use Permit PL-25-13 (UP 21-15), and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS 21-16), for cultivation of 19.6 acres of outdoor commercial cannabis; Applicant: Rancho Lake, LLC; Location: 19955, 19986, 20110, and 22222 Grange Road, Middletown (APNs 014-290-08; 014-300-02, 014-300-03, & 014-300-04).

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS FOR ADOPTION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 21,
ARTICLE 27 OF THE LAKE COUNTY MUNICIPAL CODE FOR COMMERCIAL CANNABIS USES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2025, no earlier than 9:20 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors for adoption of an ordinance to amend Chapter 21, Article 27 of the Lake County Municipal Code. The proposed ordinance would amend various sections of Article 27(at) for commercial cannabis regulations, including but not limited to the following topics: setbacks; commercial canopy size limitations and calculations; application processing procedures and requirements; background clearances; record retention; commercial cannabis cultivation exclusion areas and development standards; and operational hours.

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., during its regular meeting, the Commission of First 5 Lake County, State of California, will hold a public hearing to take testimony and accept comments on: 1) First 5 Lake County Commission’s 2024-25 Annual Evaluation Report; and  following the public hearings, the Commission shall conditionally accept all items as presented.
The First 5 Lake Commission meeting is to be held both virtually via Zoom (Meeting ID: 94579432254, Passcode: 948365, Phone # 669-900-6833) and in-person at 1152 S. Main St., Lakeport in the Learning Lab on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
