NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025 no earlier than 9:05 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed Major Use Permit (PL-25-60/ UP 24-03), and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS 24-03), for a 150’ tall lattice wireless communication tower within a 30’ x 30’ lease area containing support equipment for the tower; Applicant: Sequoia on behalf of Verizon; Location: 16200 E. Hwy 20, Clearlake Oaks (APN 010-020-29). 
The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. The Agenda, Zoom information, staff report, and attachments will be posted online a minimum of 72 hours prior to the hearing on the County’s website at: https://countyoflake.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx. RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS FOR ADOPTION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND SEVERAL SECTIONS OF
CHAPTER 21 OF THE LAKE COUNTY MUNICIPAL CODE TO EXECUTE GENERAL PLAN HOUSING ELEMENT IMPLEMENTATION TASKS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2025, no earlier than 9:05 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors for adoption of an ordinance to amend several sections of Chapter 21 of the Lake County Municipal Code to execute the County’s General Plan Housing Element implementation tasks and for alignment with state housing regulations. The proposed ordinance would amend sections of Chapter 21 related, but not limited to, the following: development standards; housing and mixed-use development within commercially-zoned areas; low-income housing; emergency shelters and low barrier navigation centers; supportive housing; agricultural employee housing; and permit streamlining.

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom.
