Officials: Sheltering assistance still available for LNU Lightning Complex evacuees

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – As the LNU Lightning Complex fires continue, county officials said they want to ensure that evacuees are aware of the sheltering support available through the Lake County Department of Social Services, Lake County Health Services Department and the American Red Cross, as well as any additional services that may be of help during these difficult times.

Mail delivery rerouted for evacuated areas of Middletown and Hidden Valley Lake

MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – Local officials reported that all mail normally being delivered by the United States Postal Service to the mandatory evacuation areas of Hidden Valley Lake and Middletown is currently being held at the Middletown Post office.
