CLEARLAKE, Calif. – A Clearlake man who is a registered sex offender has been arrested for an April rape and kidnapping.

Kelseyville homicide investigation continuing; victim identified

KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – The Lake County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the man fatally shot in front of his children during an apparent home invasion robbery early Wednesday morning, and reported that the effort to apprehend the person responsible for the killing continues.
