CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The San Francisco VA Medical Center and its community-based outpatient clinic sites, including the Clearlake clinic, are now offering COVID-19 vaccines to VA-enrolled veterans 65 years of age and older.

If you are age 65 years or older and would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, please call the Clearlake VA Clinic at 707-995-7200 to schedule your appointment.

No drop-in visits will be accepted.
