Kelseyville United Methodist to offer messages on 'The Imperishable Good News' Aug. 2

KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Services at Kelseyville United Methodist Church on Sunday, Aug. 2, will include worship at 9 a.m., community potluck meal at 10 a.m. and a brief service of dedication of the 74th Lake County Quilt trail block on the church jointly with Annette Higday at 10:30 a.m.

“We are excited to jointly sponsor the 74th quilt square in Lake County,” said part-time Lay Pastor Voris Brumfield, who will serve communion and offer the message, “The Imperishable Good News.”

Prayers will be lifted for all impacted by fire, Hiroshima/Nagasaki, Canada, the Middle East and the United States during the 9 a.m. worship service.

All are invited to become inspired.

United Methodists practice “Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors,” led by Christ Jesus.
