1:07 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Shari’s Secret Garden, N. Main Street. General services rendered.
9:16 a.m. – Burglary. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Martin Street residence. The caller was out this morning and when she returned, some of her medications and clothes were missing. She believes the house was locked. Report taken.
9:20 a.m. – Civil assist. Det. Destry Henderson responded to N. High Street. The caller's 2-year-old daughter was not returned last night from her visitation with her father. Report taken.
1:52 p.m. – Outside agency assist. There is a possible drunk driver at Highway 175 and Highway 29. Outside agency assist.
2:03 p.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Subject is detained in the office. Arrest made.
3:07 p.m. – Disturbance. Det. Destry Henderson and Officer Norm Taylor responded to N. Brush and First streets. The caller's girlfriend’s ex-husband was chasing the caller with a bat. The subject is standing next to the caller’s truck and says if the caller doesn’t come over, he is going to smash his truck. Gone on arrival.
5:06 p.m. – UPS, Craig Avenue, reports a package with marijuana inside. Report taken.
5:35 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of four juveniles smoking in a car on Sixth Street. Gone on arrival.
8:59 p.m. – Followup. Caller reports her 2-year-old daughter has been returned. Report taken.
9:25 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Anthony’s RV Park, Beach Lane. A resident is would like his female visitor to leave because she is yelling. Civil assist.

1:02 a.m. – Disturbance. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report of fireworks lit on Central Park Avenue. Gone on arrival.
1:21 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to USA Gas, S. Main Street. An Hispanic male juvenile attempted to take beer approximately one minute ago. General services rendered.
1:36 a.m. – 911 hang up. Quick Dial Tone reported a call from a vacant lot on First Street. General services rendered.
2:34 a.m. – Traffic stop. Deputies Christopher Fisher and Steve Brooks, and Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Jack in the Box, Soda Bay Road. Report taken.
7:49 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Sixth and N. High streets. Moving violation citation issued.
11:10 a.m. – Followup. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Lakeshore Boulevard. General services rendered.
11:57 a.m. – Lakeport Police animal call. CHP reported a husky headed southbound at S. Main and Martin streets. Referred to Animal Control.
12:00 p.m. – Traffic collision. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report of minor traffic collision between a blue Ford and a Honda at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. No injuries were reported. Citizens assist.
12:52 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to a report of eight subjects in a race car, driving in the dirt section of the Kmart parking lot, S. Main Street. A green Ford Taurus was pushing the race car northbound on Main Street. Gone on arrival.
2:18 p.m. – Followup. The red Saturn involved in a misdemeanor hit and run yesterday has been spotted in the Clear Lake High School parking lot, Lange Street. Report taken.
2:24 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at High Street Mall, N. High Street. Report taken.
2:56 p.m. – Petty theft. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report of the theft of a 3 week old puppy from the caller’s mother’s room, while they were away the last two hours. Report taken.
3:22 p.m. – 911 hang up. Quick Dial Tone reports static only at a residence on First Street. Report taken.
4:56 p.m. – Disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report of an ongoing problem with the subject playing loud drums and music on N. Lakeview Drive. Warning given.

5:55 a.m. – Malicious mischief. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report of a window smashed at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. The caller, associated with a black Ford Ranger, says it occurred last night while they were at work. Report taken.
8:51 a.m. – Civil assist. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Bevins Court. The caller received a call from jail that a subject was released. The caller is concerned that he will show up at her house. She wants to get the subject’s wallet and keys back to him and let him know his dog died. Gone on arrival.
12:21 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sheriff Frank Rivero and Officer Norm Taylor responded to the Buckhorn Bar, N. Main Street. The owner received a call from his bartender that two males are inside the club, smoking cigarettes. Report taken.
12:56 p.m. – Civil assist. Officer Norm Taylor provided a standby request by the caller to pick up his belongings at the Bevins Court Apartments. He does have a temporary restraining order. Civil assist.
2:16 p.m. – Followup. Reporter on Giselman called to say her son, previously reported as missing, has returned. Report taken.
3:56 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to request for assistance at Library Park regarding a group of approximately five subjects with a questionable amount of marijuana. Outside agency assist.

6:58 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at George Road. Report taken.
11:24 p.m. – Disturbance. An anonymous caller requests an area check on Martin Street, for noise only. General services rendered.

12:23 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to Martin Street residence. The caller said the subjects are banging on her door again, but hung up before dispatch could get further information. General services rendered.
1:04 a.m. – Disturbance. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of a loud party on the upstairs balcony on Konocti Avenue. General services rendered.
2:13 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Junipero Avenue and Soda Bay Road, Kelseyville, regarding a Lincoln Town Car with no plates. Referred to another agency.
3:15 a.m. – Violation of a court order. Deputy Jose Zepeda and Officer Jim Bell responded to Bevins Court Apartments. The subject is in the residence, possibly high, and is pulling out the phone cords. The caller has a restraining order. Report taken.
3:40 a.m. – Marijuana. Officer Jim Bell responded to Bevins Court. Marijuana found. Report taken.

9:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Det. Destry Henderson responded to report of an ongoing problem of a female sleeping under the deck of the old Sicily’s Restaurant, behind the N. Main Street building. Warning given.
9:42 a.m. – Disturbance. Deputy Gavin Wells responded to call from Meadow Drive. The caller is at the location, trimming trees for Pacific Gas & Electric and the subject, an elderly male, just approached and pushed him and is now arguing with his workers. General services rendered.
11:54 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. An anonymous male reported a female was acting odd at Third and N. Main streets. Gone on arrival.
12:03 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Natural High School, N. Main Street. General services rendered.
2:08 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Det. Destry Henderson responded to Library Park, Park Street. A female, with a 12- to 14-inch hunting knife in a sheath on her side was yelling at people and banging on the bathroom door near the north boat ramp. She just went into the women’s restroom. Arrest made.
2:47 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Det. Destry Henderson responded to Safeway, 11th Street. There was a report of a possible minor traffic collision. General services rendered.
4:37 p.m. – Burglary. A counter report was taken at the Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street.
6:45 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Clear Lake Avenue and North Street. Moving violation citation issued.
7:59 p.m. – Officer Jim Bell took a report on Lakeshore Boulevard. The caller said her 12-year-old granddaughter was raped by her brother about one year ago and the caller just found out.
8:46 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to anonymous report regarding information on the burglaries at Campos Casuals and The Locker Room, N. Main Street. General services rendered.
