9:23 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Norm Taylor responded to a report of an older white male on a bicycle trying to veer into cars on Lakeshore Boulevard and Alterra Drive. Gone on arrival.
10:29 a.m. – Fraud. Officer Norm Taylor responded to CVS Pharmacy, 11th Street. They report the caller is trying to pass a fraudulent prescription. They are trying to stall him. Report taken.
