7:57 a.m. – Chamber of Commerce reports ongoing problem with brown and white camper camping out at its offices on Lakeport Boulevard.


10:10 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision in the 900 block of S. Main.


12:13 p.m. – Two bicycles found within the last week at Esplanade and Konocti Avenue.


12:33 p.m. – Anonymous male reports numerous juveniles under age 18 who are smoking near the gazebo in Library Park.


1:35 p.m. – A subject in the parking lot of a business in the 1000 block of 11th is reportedly harassing customers and trying to sell CDs from a bag.


5:23 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision in front of business in the 1300 block of S. Main.


5:57 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at N. High and 13th.


6:23 p.m. – Female subject in front of business in the 1300 block of S. Main, verbally threatening harm. Report taken.


7:08 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances reported at location on 17th. Caller believes there may have been a possible vandalism or attempted burglary the prior week.


7:52 p.m. – Caller reports being threatened by a 17-year-old female who approached her near the gazebo at Library Park and wanted to fight. Ongoing problem.

8:48 a.m. – Illegal dumping reported on Ninth Street.


9:16 a.m. – City of Lakeport reports theft of water from a fire hydrant on Page Drive.


12:10 p.m. – Anonymous female reports a black Mustang convertible was speeding through area on E Street, almost hit a child.


2:48 p.m. – Child Protective Services reports problems with a mother and an 11-year-old in the parking lot of apartment building in the 900 block of S. Forbes. Juvenile is refusing to get in the car.


4:05 p.m. – Cell phone reported stolen in the 1400 block of Todd Road.


5:42 p.m. – Pregnant 16-year-old reported at Sutter Lakeside emergency room, victim of assault.


6:55 p.m. – Resident of 1300 block of S. Main reports problems with elderly neighbor who is extremely drunk and came out of his trailer, cursing and approaching caller with a raised fist.

9:45 a.m. – Report taken for vandalism on Boggs Lane.


10:36 a.m. – Problem with a customer at the recycling center in the 1000 block of 11th. Gone on arrival.


2:59 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Third and Main.


4:20 p.m. – Report taken for a guitar found on a strip of grass near the Third Street boat launch.


5:13 p.m. – Caller reports someone nailed aluminum bands to her tree on Howard Avenue, part of ongoing problem.


7:01 p.m. – About a quarter-mile offshore between Library Park and Willow Point, a low-profile sculling boat with two people in it has overturned. Another rowing boat with eight people is trying to help them get the boat turned over without success.


9:30 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued during traffic stop at N. Main and 11th.


9:47 p.m. – Music disturbance reported on Esplanade. Loud music with four to five kids making noise around a vehicle for more than 30 minutes. Gone on arrival.
