12:51 a.m. – Warning issued for suspicious vehicle at Third Street boat ramp.

3:33 a.m. – Two males reported standing in front of caller's home on Sixth, possibly have been drinking, talking loudly.

4:20 a.m. – Caller at N. Forbes reports ongoing problem with unknown person knocking loudly at front door then running away. Last occurred 25 minutes ago.

8:20 a.m. – Juveniles ages 3 to 12 outside screaming in the street.

8:46 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Hartley and 17^th.

8:51 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop in 600 block of 16^th.

8:59 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Hartley and 15^th.

9:08 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard and Green.
