12:16 p.m. − Theft of newspapers reported from 900 block of S. Forbes.

2:13 p.m. − Noninjury traffic collision reported at S. Main and Martin. Three vehicles involved, roadway clear.

3:14 p.m. − Male subject reported to have hit employee at business in the 1100 block of S. Main. Warning issued.

4:22 p.m. − Possible drunk female driver left location on Second, heading toward main. Gone on arrival.

4:49 p.m. − Warning issued during traffic stop in the 1100 block of 11^th.

6:54 p.m. − Woman reports her boyfriend just assaulted her at location in the 900 block of S. Forbes. Report taken.

8:19 p.m. -- Restaurant on First reports problems with a customer refusing to pay for his food.

9:03 p.m. − Male subject reported to be hanging around Lake County Museum on N. Main, talking to himself, beating on a bicycle and tearing up money. Described as being in his 40s, wearing a blue bike helmet and a blue Hawaiian print shift with khaki sweats under shorts.
