12:01 p.m. – Unknown male dumped four large trash bags in the garbage can at Lake County Mental Health. Report taken.

3:10 p.m. – Male subject is in a store in the 1100 block of S. Main, refusing to leave, yelling and threatening employees. He's now standing in front of the store. Warning issued.

5:31 p.m. – White Silverado pickup driving erratically on 11^th and N. Main.

10:03 p.m. – Report taken for anonymous male standing behind the gas station, acting like he's going to pull something out of his pants. Described as a 17-year-old male, walking in traffic with a female.
