12:20 p.m. – Shoplifter reported in the 2000 block of S. Main. Female in a four-door car reportedly just stole a car full of stuff and is heading south on Main Street. Arrest made. Released on cite.
2:42 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued during traffic stop at Clear Lake and N. Forbes.
2:59 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued at High and Clear Lake Avenue.
3:20 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued at High and Clear Lake Avenue.
3:44 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at N. Main and 11th.
4:07 p.m. – Anonymous male reports a few subjects standing at the restrooms in Library Park, looks like they're smoking drugs.
