9:52 a.m. – At the Fairgrounds Village Mobile Home park, a bicycle is found that reporter believes is stolen, juvenile possibly still on scene.

11:02 a.m. – Caller reports that her mother is mentally ill and is currently yelling uncontrollably at other family members, but is not physical. General services rendered.

2:33 p.m. – Annoying phone calls reported on Konocti Avenue; caller states that he is going to burglar her home while she is at work – they have ongoing civil issues. General services rendered.

7:12 p.m. – Caller reported that he just got off work and his vehicle is completely blocked in and he is unable to leave from the concert traffic/parking on N. Main Street. General services rendered.

7:35 p.m. – Family disturbance reported on N. Main at the Lucky Four Trailer Park. Not known if it is physical, male versus female, may be civil in nature. Child in the back seat of vehicle.

8:17 p.m. – Two reports of a mountain lion sighting in the area behind fast food restaurant on Lakeport Boulevard; both parties referred to Fish and Game.
