11:06 a.m. – An 80-year-old man outside of Evergreen Healthcare will not come back in. Staff member outside with him. General services rendered.


11:35 a.m. – Elderly male in a wheelchair is refusing to get in to vehicle, people are trying to force him in to vehicle. They are in an argument at Burger King. General services rendered.


1:53 p.m. – Caller advises he has not lived at the address on Central Park Avenue in six months and he just received a water bill for over $300. He advises that house should be vacant. General services rendered.


3:10 p.m. – Juvenile problems reported on Forest Drive. Daughter is banging on callers bedroom door and is mad because caller took her drug pipe away. Caller has locked herself in her room. General services rendered.


3:56 p.m. – Caller reports ongoing problems with daughter. General services rendered.


4:28 p.m. – Trespassing reported on Bevins Court. Contact caller at office. He is not supposed to be there, caller has told him before that he is not allowed on property. He is code 4 and inside apartment. Warning given.


9:05 p.m. – Welfare check requested on callers mother, who is 78 years old. Phone has been busy for over an hour. Checks OK.

12:41 a.m. – Officer initiated activity at Clear Lake Club Bar. Arrest made.

12:51 a.m. – Burglary of a firearm reported on Fairview Way, unknown time frame.

8:14 p.m. – Caller reports that his mother-in-law keeps harassing him and his wife, happened at 10 a.m. today at Safeway. General services rendered.

9:07 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances reported. Behind the Record-Bee, there is a house and the caller can hear a male yelling for help to call 911. Report taken.


11:39 a.m. – Longs Drug Store received threats from an unknown subject. Report taken.


5:12 p.m. – City of Lakeport reported that someone has some kind of power line across the roadway on 3rd between High and Forbes. Gone on arrival.


6:47 p.m. – Report of 10 young male adults, possibly juveniles, skateboarding in the street. Warning given.


11:14 p.m. – Report of loud music at Forbes Apartments. Checks OK.

11:20 a.m. – Caller has not been able to reach mother this morning. No vehicle in drive way. No pets. Lives alone at the Fairgrounds Village Senior Park. Checks OK.


2:43 p.m. – Caller report that his 13-year-old daughter is refusing to go with him. General services rendered.


9:07 p.m. – Noise disturbance reported. New tenants at address making noise. Four kids between the ages of seven – 12 year old throwing basketballs against the walls. Warning given.
