12:48 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle at the Lake County Chamber of Commerce. Checks OK.

1:39 a.m. – Pedestrian check on N. High. Warning.

2:11 a.m. – Traffic stop on the hundred block of N. High. Report taken.

4:40 a.m. – Officer initiated activity on Central Park Avenue regarding annoying phone calls. Warning.

2:30 p.m. – Anonymous female reported a suspicious man in the Kmart parking lot. States he is selling candy, but he is looking in to empty cars and stopping moving cars as they are trying to leave. Caller just wants him checked out. General services rendered.

3:34 p.m. – Follow up, officer initiated activity at Kmart. Warning.

3:55 p.m. – Report of suspicious circumstances at Knoble Home Park, E. Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks. Caller states home has been vacant for three months. Earlier today, subjects arrived, tore down a fence, appeared to move in, and a 415 verbal occurred between a male and female, then they left. Caller is very concerned about this and would like contact. General services rendered.

4:51 p.m. – Report of a white sedan with handicap plate all over the roadway at Lakeshore Boulevard and Lange. Warning.

6:27 p.m. – Violation of custody order at Will-O-View Court. General services rendered.

7:43 p.m. – Public disturbance. Three females and a male in a verbal outside in the street on S. Forbes, Forbes Apartments. Arrest made.

7:49 p.m. – Traffic accident/injury. Report that a person driving a beige Honda Accord just hit the reporters husband. Last seen heading toward Highway 29 on Lakeport Boulevard. Victim is bleeding from the head, medical en route. Arrest made.

7:49 p.m. – Vehicle versus pedestrian. A 27-year-old male bleeding from head. Fire department transport.

8:17 p.m. – Contact back office at Kmart, five to seven Hispanic male adults are in the store telling people they are looking for an employee to jump. General services rendered.

11:16 p.m. – Anonymous female reported car occupied by two people; reported believes they are smoking drugs inside at 14th/Mellor. Arrest made.

11:47 p.m. – Report seeing a shadow moving around her background on 15th. Gone on arrival.
