years ago is at Riviera Computers, Lakeport Boulevard. Gone on arrival.
2:31 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Martin and S. Main streets and stopped a Jeep. Warning issued.
4:29 p.m. – Residential burglary. Caller reports theft of dog from inside residence on Berry Lane. General services rendered.

1:34 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Michael Williams and Richard Santor respond to loud people reported in backyard on Palm Drive. Warning.
4:29 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department. With one, arrest made.
11:22 a.m. – Shoplifter. Officers Jarvis Leishman and Louis Riccardi respond to Grocery Outlet, South Main Street, where a female was detained for shoplifting; her male companion fled on foot with the merchandise. Suspect No. 2 is a white male, 30s, 5 feet 9 inches tall, black baseball cap, green shirt, jeans; last seen running behind Napa Auto Parts. Report taken. Checking the area.
2:56 p.m. – Foot patrol. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Library Park, Park Street. Warning issued.
3:04 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to report of a subject who came over and yelled at the caller on North Forbes Street. Caller advised she has just spoken with an officer about issues and would like to speak with him again. General services rendered.
4:40 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Destry Henderson responded to vandalism to a washing machine reported at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park, S. Main Street. Report taken.
5:34 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Destry Henderson responded to reported vandalism to vehicle window on Beach Lane. Report taken.
6:17 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson and Lt. Brad Rasmussen initiated activity at US Postal Service, 11th Street. Report taken.
8:27 p.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Destry Henderson responded to Lakeport Express, S. Main Street, which reported a female tried to shoplift beer. Respondent described as Hispanic female, 19 years old, 5 feet tall, unknown weight, black long hair; last seen wearing white shirt, left on foot. Report taken.
9:55 p.m. – Contempt of court. Officer Jim Bell responded to violation of restraining order via text message on N. Forbes Street. Report taken.
10:40 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at 15th Street and Palm Drive. Gray Toyota Corolla. Parking citation issued.

1:34 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Deputy Michael Williams and Officer Richard Santor responds to anonymous male's report of a loud party on Palm Drive. Warning issued.
3:10 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Richard Santor, and Deputies Jacob Steely, Michael Williams and Christopher Fisher respond to anonymous female caller on cell to CHP stating she wanted the cops to Mission Rancheria Road and then hung up. Second call received stating someone has assaulted her; unknown if medical needed. Responsible is wearing gray shirt, black shorts, is under the influence of alcohol and drugs; no weapons, just his hands. Caller is wearing a black sweater and blue jeans; stating they are in the field next to the casino. Arrest made.
8:28 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lakeport Camper & Truck, Fifth Street. General services rendered.
8:46 a.m. – Warrant service. Officer Jarvis Leishman, and Deputies Darren Daskam and Carla Hockett respond to report of a parole violation. White male, date of birth 4/11/73, 5 feet 6 inches, 165 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair. Suspect has GPS tracking device on and currently going eight miles per hour (possibly on bike) southbound on N. Main and 15th streets toward Clearlake Avenue. Outside agency assist.
8:58 a.m. – Commercial burglary. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Lake County Tribal Health, Bevins Court, where it was reported items were stolen from a locked building over the weekend. Report taken.
3:38 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.
3:40 p.m. – Third-hand information to Lakeport Police Department of a man walking southbound
on N. Main and 11th streets, selling jewelry and carrying a box. Gone on arrival.
7 p.m. – Extra patrol. Male subject wearing a hoodie with tattoos reported to be knocking on Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park doors late at night asking to use peoples’ phones; last occurred last night. General services rendered.
7:37 p.m. – Be on the lookout. Officer Destry Henderson responded to CHP report of a possible DUI driver southbound on Lakeshore Boulevard; described as gray/white Ford pickup with ladder racks. Gone on arrival.
10:08 p.m. – Follow up. Deputy Michael Williams and Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park, S. Main Street. Speaking with manager regarding suspect knocking on doors late at night asking to use the phone. General services rendered.
9:50 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Deputy Michael Williams and Officer Richard Santor responded to report of a cell phone stolen from a vehicle about an hour ago; reporting party called his cell number and a subject answered, demanding $50 and to meet at the bowling alley in order to get phone back. Report

10:42 p.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Michael Williams, and Officer Richard Santor and Destry Henderson initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard and S. Highway 29 at the exit. Moving violation citation issued.
10:46 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Lakeport Transfer Station, Bevins Street, near the above. Warning issued.

1:26 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Kevin Odom initiated activity at Hartley Avenue and Anastasia Drive. Warning issued.
1:48 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Destry Henderson, Michael Williams, Richard Santor and Kevin Odom initiated activity at TJs, S. Main Street. Arrest made.
2:10 a.m. – Simple battery. Officers Corey Paulich, Kevin Odom, Michael Williams and Richard Santor respond to 911 caller who reports a male subject lying on his back on the ground on Martin and S. Main streets. Per the caller he was assaulted; he under the influence and unable to answer further. Arrest made.
2:18 a.m. – Public disturbance. A 911 caller reports a male subject with unknown last name is causing a problem challenging other subjects to fight; white male adult, 25 year old; at Clearlake Club Bar, N. Main Street. Gone on arrival.
2:32 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Fifth and Forbes streets. Had one run from. Gone on arrival.
7:09 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to report from anonymous male who reported a blue Ford truck with a 25-foot boat was creating a road hazard on 24th Street. General services rendered.
12 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to report from anonymous male who reported a white SUV in no parking zone on Martin Street. General services rendered.
12:09 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Martin and S. Brush streets. General services rendered.
1:03 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Jason Ferguson and Deputies Glenn Capurro, Darren Daskam
and Carla Hockett respond to call from resident on 10th Street who reports a subject is causing problems in the house. Currently located in the driveway, negative weapons, negative under the influence. Subject does not know caller reported situation and will be violent. Subject is bipolar and off
meds. Described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 190 pounds, shaved head. Last seen wearing no shirt, blue jean shorts. Report taken.
2:44 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jason Ferguson. Caller reports a subject was chasing him while he was driving to Kelseyville from Lakeport. The subject is not on scene but is the boyfriend of his ex and he just picked up his kids following a verbal over the children exchange. Subject's vehicle is a black Nissan Armata SUV; this all began in the city of Lakeport and CHP refused to take it since it began there. Report taken.
3:27 p.m. – Music disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson responds to call regarding a light blue minivan reported parked, playing loud music and drinking beer sitting in the back of the van with the hatch open. White male adult, approximately 30 years of age; last seen wearing blue baseball had on backwards, white t-shirt, blue sweatpants. Subject just finished the beer and tossed the can into the
tree lining. Subject is now just sitting in the passenger seat at Kmart, S. Main Street. Warning.
5:20 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Live Oak Drive and S. Highway 29. Warning issued.
