1:48 a.m. – Report that her 18 year-old friend was just raped and beat by a security guard at the Lake County Fairgrounds. Victim is denying medical attention. Report was taken.

9:02 a.m. – Caller reported that a car pulled in to a handicap space before the caller, who requires a handicap spot and has a placard, at store on 11th in Lakeport.

11:13 a.m. – Officers follow-up at the Lake County Fairgrounds. Report taken.

9:29 p.m. – Report to contact maintenance and advise there is a water main break bubbling up between elementary and middle school just west of softball diamond, creating a natural culvert at Terrace Middle School.

10:54 p.m. – Report of five to six skateboarders where the construction area is at Main and Martin Street; reporter fears they are tearing up the grounds with their skateboards.
