2:56 a.m. – Caller reports a male subject is drunk and walking on Highway 20. Just passed him, believes he is dangerous due to being drunk.

8:29 a.m. – Warning issued during foot patrol at the Fifth Street boat ramp.

10:30 a.m. – Moving violation citation issued during traffic stop at N. Forbes and Fourth.

1:44 p.m. – Gold Honda Civic is parked at City Hall on Park Street with a dog locked inside. Gone on arrival.

2:11 p.m. – Wallet reported stolen at Lake County Fairgrounds on Martin. Report taken.

9:40 p.m. – Loud music reported at business in the 100 block of N. Main.
