1:51 a.m. – Moving violation citation issued during traffic stop at S. Main and E.

2:13 a.m. – Female subject was hit by a vehicle and drug by the car on Central Park Avenue. Report taken.

2:07 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued during traffic stop in the 1900 block of S. Main.

2:30 p.m. – Woman reports a male subject who was harassing her to vote parked in the entrance to apartment building in the 900 block of S. Forbes.

3:22 p.m. – Woman reports her husband, who she has a restraining order against, was at her home on Lakeshore and is refusing to leave. He then left on a bicycle towards Sayre. Report taken.

4 p.m. – Parking citation issued at First and Park.

7:11 p.m. – Vehicle reportedly blocking intersection at N. Forbes and 11^th.

8:49 p.m. – Caller from S. Main reports a woman in her 40s has wandered into her house, appears to be in shock.

9:27 p.m. – Caller from Montana Vista reports hearing three shots fired in the area of her residence.

11:52 p.m. – Teens reported jumping in front of vehicles on Highway 29 at Highway 175. Gone on arrival.
