4:15 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at Lakeport and Forbes.

4:40 p.m. – Report taken for theft of disabled placard in the 1100 block of S. Main.

6:51 p.m. – Caller reports suspicious circumstances with constant traffic at location on 14th. Warning issued.
