8:01 p.m. – Business in the 1000 block of Lakeport Boulevard reports a male subject is asking employees for money and talking to himself.

9:18 p.m. – Panhandler wearing a letterman's jacket, yellow pants and no shoes who smells like marijuana is bothering customers at business in the 800 block of Lakeport Boulevard.
