9:27 a.m. – Report taken for case of fraud in which a person received two fraudulent checks. Reported in the 300 block of Lakeport Boulevard.

10:29 a.m. – Bank on N. Main St. Reports a woman is in the bank, saying her husband has been threatening her and is waiting outside in the car. Male subject is bipolar and on drugs. Report taken.

12:02 p.m. – Care facility on 16^th reports a male subject is in the parking lot drinking and is now urinating in a bottle. Arrest made.

1:19 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision reported in the 900 block of Parallel Drive.

3:04 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported at the Fifth Street boat ramp. Arrest made, subject released ona cite.

5:22 p.m. – Report taken for bicycle reported stolen from the rear of a store on 11^th.
