4:21 a.m. ‒ Parking citation issued at N. Brush and 10th.


8:07 a.m. ‒ Theft from vehicle during the night on Martin Street. Report taken.


8:59 a.m. ‒ Vandalism reported at waterfront stores, where windows of boats were broken out. Report taken.


12:20 p.m. ‒ Noninjury traffic collision reported in the 300 block of Lakeport Boulevard.


12:44 p.m. ‒ Santa Rosa office of the California Department of Corrections reports a parolee at large who is heading toward Kelseyville. Subject is gone on arrival.


3:42 p.m. ‒ Business in the 1100 block of S. Main reports two white female juveniles took a camera and possibly more, last seen heading on foot toward North on Main.


4:45 p.m. ‒ Caller reports her 44-year-old son has not been taking his medication and was at his sister's house where he was acting strange before leaving on foot toward N. Main. She suggests he is mentally disturbed and may hurt himself or someone else. Gone on arrival.


7:16 p.m. ‒ Sutter Lakeside Hospital reports a female subject in the emergency room who was assaulted by her male roommate. Victim doesn't want to make a report.


7:54 p.m. ‒ Juveniles on skateboards at the new gym at Clear Lake High School; caller reports they're refusing to leave.


9:01 p.m. ‒ Warning issued during traffic stop at N. Main and Clear Lake Avenue.


10:16 p.m. ‒ Restaurant in the 1400 block of Todd Road reports a mobile home has been parked in their lot since 8 p.m. It then moved to the dirt lot next door.


10:19 p.m. ‒ Caller reports a male subject attacked her in incident on N. Brush. Arrest made.
