2:07 a.m. – Report taken during traffic stop at S. Main and Martin.

4:29 a.m. – Martin Street resident reports her 24-year-old nephew and five to six unknown subjects have been partying on her mother's property for the past couple of hours.

9:35 a.m. – Found bicycle in the 800 block of Lakeport Boulevard.

2:24 p.m. – People reported driving at excessive speed in the area of 11^th and Manzanita. Gone on arrival.

5:17 p.m. – Caller on 11^th reports a male parked in front of her residence, got out of the car and walked across her lawn and would not respond to her questions of who he is and why he was there. He then got back in his vehicle and left. She later saw the vehicle, a burgundy-colored Ford pickup, driving in the neighborhood and feels it's suspicious.

5:31 p.m. – Stolen bicycle reported in the 1000 block of 11^th.

8:35 p.m. – Moving violation citation during stop in the 1300 block of S. Main. Vehicle reported speeding through parking lot. Female driver believed to have been drinking, seen staggering in parking lot.

8:36 p.m. – Warning issued to six male juveniles at the boat ramp on Lily Cove and Esplanade, who were reported throwing debris around the area.
