3:31 a.m. – Parking citation issued in 50 block of Royale Avenue.


3:42 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop in 900 block of S. Main.


3:57 a.m. – Parking citation issued in 500 block of Armstrong.


4:14 a.m. – Parking citation issued in 1500 block of Palm Drive.


4:21 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at 20th and Hartley.


4:55 a.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop at 11th and Highway 29.


11:06 a.m. – Parking citation issued at 11th and Central Park.


12:10 p.m. – Male reportedly abusing a female in the 1100 block of 11th.


12:49 p.m. – Lakeport City Hall reports a subject who appears to be passed out and on the ground behind the park shop/restrooms in Library Park.


1:54 p.m. – Female customer in a brown minivan in the drive through window of business in the 1100 block of Lakeport Boulevard is refusing to leave and blocking traffic.


2:52 p.m. – Report taken for shoplifter reported in 300 block of Lakeport Boulevard.


2:54 p.m. – Report taken for vehicle reported missing from location on N. Forbes.


3:08 p.m. – Individual makes report at Lakeport Police about threats. Report taken.


9:16 p.m. – Caller reports her ex-boyfriend may be trying to break into house on Beach.


11:02 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued during traffic stop on S. Main and Martin.


11:20 p.m. – Shoplifter arrested at business in 1000 block of 11th.


11:57 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances reported at location on Via Del Cabana. Caller reported hearing two male voices whispering in the breezeway on the side of the house. Also hearing knocking at window before hearing the voices. Warning issued.
