Lakeport Police logs: Sunday, Feb. 20

12:33 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Jason Ferguson, Officer Jarvis Leishman and Deputy Jose Zepeda initiated activity at N. High and 13th streets. Arrest made.


7:17 a.m. – Traffic stop. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Main and Fourth streets. Warning given.


11:24 a.m. – Followup. A caller on Lakeshore Boulevard has additional information on yesterday’s theft of a wallet at Dollar Tree, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


2:27 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Det. Destry Henderson responded to a request from Hillcrest Drive. The caller would like an officer to look at how his previous tenants left the house. He believes something suspicious may have occurred while they were living there. Civil assist.


2:56 p.m. – Followup. Det. Destry Henderson responded to Dollar Tree Store, S. Main Street. There is footage at in the office of the wallet theft which occurred last night. It is ready to be viewed. General services rendered.


3:05 p.m. – Traffic stop. Det. Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Main and 11th streets. Warning given.


6:08 p.m. – Suspicious person. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to an anonymous report of a male subject acting odd and appearing to follow two women down Fourth and N. Forbes streets. Gone on arrival.


10:19 p.m. – Disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to an anonymous report of a party with several underage people drinking on First Street. Warning given.


11:23 p.m. – Traffic collision. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to a blocked roadway from a collision of a single vehicle into a pole on 11th and Pool streets. Report taken.
