9:38 a.m. – Malicious mischief. A window was reported broken within the last 36 hours at a rental property on N. Forbes Street. Report taken.
10:37 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. A caller on Shady Oak Street received a scam call this morning and wants to talk to an officer. General services rendered.
10:40 a.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at S. Main and E streets. Warning given.
4:56 p.m. – Shoplifter. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Kmart, S. Main Street. Report taken.
5:32 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Central Dispatch received a call from a subject who advised he lives at the location of yesterday’s deceased person event. He received a call from a friend advising his garage door and back gate are now open. The caller doesn’t feel this is suspicious but wanted to talk to the coroner about meeting them at the location to put a padlock on the garage door so his tools are not stolen. General services rendered.
6:13 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to an anonymous report of a dark colored Honda parked in the handicap parking space at Renee’s Café, N. Main Street, without a placard. Parking citation issued.
7:49 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at S. Main and Armstrong streets. Warning given.
9:15 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at N. High Street. Gone on arrival.
