Lakeport Police logs: Monday, Jan. 17

8:15 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Norm Taylor and Det. Destry Henderson responded to a residence on Boggs Lane. The caller says a female won’t leave his residence. Dispatch asked who was there; the caller asked the subject what her name was, then there was what sounded like a scuffle and the line disconnected. Gone on arrival.

 

8:46 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at S. Main Street and Highway 175. Warning given.

 

11:53 a.m. – An insufficient funds check was received from someone while at the Chase Bank, N. Main Street. Civil assist; message left.

 

12:22 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at S. Main Street and Kimberley Lane. Warning given.

 

2:55 p.m. – Traffic accident. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Safeway, 11th Street. Accident involves a blue Saturn and a red Chrysler; no injuries, but parties are requesting an officer. General services rendered.

 

3:23 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Bevins Street and Bevins Court. Warning given.

 

4:05 p.m. – Be on the lookout. The CHP reported a possible drunk driver. A northbound black, lowered Chevy pickup was crossing over double yellow lines at S. Main Street and Lakeport Boulevard. General services rendered.

 

4:24 p.m. – Contempt of court. The caller says her estranged husband stole music equipment last night after a karaoke job at Molly Brennan’s, N. Main Street. Civil Assist.

 

6:28 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to Valero Gas, S. Main Street. Six or seven males keep going in and out of the business, making rude gestures and harassing the caller. They are currently skateboarding behind the Bank of the West. Warning given.

 

8:25 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to a report that a subject has taken the caller’s cigarettes and will not give them back on Martin Street. General services rendered.

 

10:53 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Konocti Avenue. Warning given.
