2:00 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Clearlake Club Bar, N. Main Street. Warning given.

 

9:56 a.m. – Citizen assist. Officer Norm Taylor responded to CVS Pharmacy, 11th Street. The caller has locked her 5-week-old child in the car and needs assistance getting the car open. General services rendered.

 

11:11 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at District Attorney’s Office, Third Street. General services rendered.

 

2:55 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Highway 29 and Renfro Street, Kelseyville. Moving violation citation issued.

 

2:58 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Vial del Lago, N. High Street. A passerby reported a white minivan with government plates hit a sign on High Street. Report taken.

 

3:27 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Norm Taylor responded to N. High and Giselman streets. The caller's 11-year-old daughter was walking and was chased into her home by a male within the last 90 minutes. Report taken.

 

3:35 p.m. – Welfare check. Officers Norm Taylor and Stephanie Green responded to a request for a welfare check at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park. The caller’s daughter said she was in a lot of pain about two and half hours ago and is now not answering the phone. Officers had to force entry; no one home; made note of unsecured home for the rest of the evening. Report taken.

 

4:31 p.m. – Traffic accident. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Bevins Street and Lakeport Boulevard. Citizen’s assist; parties are exchanging information.

 

5:32 a.m. – Attempt to contact. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity on 13th Street. General services rendered.

 

6:01 p.m. – Welfare check. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity on Martin Street. Gone on arrival.

 

6:27 p.m. – Missing juvenile. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Deputies Jose Zepeda and Elvis Cook responded to Rainbow Road report of deaf and autistic 10-year-old who left the house through a window. General services rendered.

 

7:05 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Oak Knoll Avenue. General services rendered.

 

9:53 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Jim Bell responded to report of a verbal altercation at residence on Fairview Way. General services rendered.
