12:06 a.m. – Public intoxication. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of a white male walking into the roadway on 11th Street and Highway 29; subject appears under the influence. Report taken.


3:23 a.m. – Suspicious person. Deputy Jacob Steely, Officer Jarvis Leishman and Deputy Jose Zepeda responded to report of male walking down Starr and Martin streets, screaming. Gone on arrival.


8:04 a.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Jim Bell responded to a subject with questions regarding a civil standby on Fifth Street. General services rendered.


11:30 a.m. – Missing person adult. Officer Jim Bell responded to Starr Street residence. The caller’s father went to Bruno’s yesterday, Lakeport Boulevard, to get some Excedrin and then was going to go home. He never came back home; they have tried calling family, friends, hospitals and the casinos. Report taken.


12:17 p.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Jim Bell responded. The caller said she bought a vehicle from subject at Remax Lake County Realty; the subject said she was going to have a mechanic look at it and then took the vehicle from the caller. Civil assist.


1:39 p.m. – Be on the lookout. A welfare check was requested on a 52-year-old Indian male, driving a black Nissan Sentra with a “Native Pride” sticker in the back window. He was last heard from yesterday afternoon. If contacted, have him call his daughter. General services rendered.


3:27 p.m. – Attempt to contact. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Sutter Lakeside Hospital, Hill Road East. A female under the influence of Vicodin and a relaxing medication originally advised her husband was waiting in the car outside and she wouldn’t be driving. The caller saw her drive away, possibly en route to CVS. General services rendered.


3:52 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at CVS Pharmacy, 11th Street. General services rendered.


4:06 p.m. – Shoplifter. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. They have a subject in the office. Arrest made.


4:31 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. One vehicle in the roadway of Clear Lake Avenue and N. High Street; the other may have left. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded. Report taken.


6:02 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at K Mart, S. Main Street. Report taken.


8:03 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to ongoing issue of a barking dog at Oak Knoll Avenue. Lakeport PD Animal call.


11:19 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Loch Drive. A neighbor’s dog has been barking for over 30 minutes. The dogs do not normally bark and the caller is concerned. General services rendered.
