7:58 a.m. – Found property. Officer Jim Bell responded to report on Fairview Way of mail found, belonging to several people in caller’s driveway. General services rendered.


10:54 a.m. – Health and safety other violations. Officer Jim Bell responded to Fairview Way. The caller believes renters are selling marijuana, due to the heavy vehicle traffic. General services rendered.


11:45 a.m. – Lost property. Sgt. Dale Stoebe took a counter report for lost purse. General services rendered.


12:34 p.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jim Bell responded to call from Mendocino Community Health Clinic, Lakeshore Boulevard. The caller stated a patient came into the office, making suicidal statement; has a history of psychotic behavior, alcoholism and marijuana use. Gone on arrival.


1:27 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Jim Bell responded to complaint of loud drums on N. Lakeview Drive. The caller is unable to sleep. General services rendered.


2:30 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of a male subject trying to charge auto parts to the caller's account at Kragen Auto Parts, South Main Street. General services rendered; not as reported.


2:42 p.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Kragen Auto Parts, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


5:08 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to a report of a male walking northbound on S. Main Street and Peckham Court, forcing vehicles to swerve. Gone on arrival.


9:19 p.m. – Be on the lookout. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to a report of a possible drunk driver, bouncing between the fog and center lane on 11th Street and Central Park Avenue. Gone on arrival.


9:32 p.m. – Annoying phone calls. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to S. Main Street. The caller has been receiving harassing phone calls regarding her 20-year-old grandson. General services rendered.


10:15 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Martin Street. General services rendered.


10:57 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Konocti Avenue. General services rendered.
