2:41 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at USA Gas, S. Main Street. A vehicle was disabled near S. Main Street. General services rendered.


11:13 a.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Jim Bell responded to request to speak to an officer regarding problem with tenants on Lupoyoma Circle. Civil assist.


12:38 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Officer Jim Bell responded to call regarding the theft of her laptop by a male acquaintance approximately 30 minutes ago. General services rendered.


2:24 p.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street. Report taken.


2:26 p.m. – Health and safety other violations. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to anonymous call about a dark blue Ford Explorer at Library Park, Park Street. For about an hour, people walk up to the vehicle, exchange money and then walk away. General services rendered.


2:51 p.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to CVS Pharmacy, 11th Street, regarding a report of two male subjects sitting by the kiddie rides, with a lot of luggage. The males approached the caller's granddaughter and wanted her to smoke marijuana with them. Gone on arrival.


4:48 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at N. Tunis and 11th streets. General services rendered.


6:31 p.m. – LPD animal control issue. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. A black and white pit bull was either hit by a vehicle or fell out of a truck, but is still alive in the roadway on Lange Street.


7:15 p.m. – Threats. Caller's son received threats via text message. General services rendered.


10:11 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Clear Lake Avenue and Hartley Street. Arrest made.


10:34 p.m. – Public intoxication. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at 13th Street and N. High Street. Report taken.


10:59 p.m. – Welfare check. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Officer Norm Taylor responded to request for welfare check on Bevins Court. The caller sounds confused, talking about cyberspace and medications she has not taken for a month. General services rendered.


11:13 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report of loud music and smoke coming from the barbecue area of the fairgrounds, Martin Street. Warning given.


11:17 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to N. Main and 11th streets. An off-duty officer is out with a drunk driver in the intersection. Arrest made.
