Lakeport Police logs: Friday, Dec. 3

4:53 a.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to residence on 16th Street. The caller said someone just opened her door, identified himself and asked for someone. The subject was last seen down the driveway. Report taken.


7:33 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Caller found mail thrown all over Fairview Way. General services rendered.


8:11 a.m. – Followup. Officer James Bell initiated activity on Fairview Way. Report taken.


11:03 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to call regarding the caller's daughter and son-in-law refusing to leave the caller's house on First Street. General services rendered.


12:00 p.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Clear Lake High School. Report taken.


1:23 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell responded to call from Victim Witness, Second Street. A 62-year-old subject is in the office yelling, causing a problem and refusing to leave. General services rendered.


4:01 p.m. – Traffic collision with injury. Sgt. Dale Stoebe, Deputy Gavin Wells and Officer Jim Bell responded to a two-vehicle collision on 11th and N. Tunis streets. The roadway was partially blocked. Report taken.


5:25 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Chevron, S. Main Street. A subject in a dark colored vehicle was reported driving on the wrong side of the road. Gone on arrival.


5:27 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. A call came from California Highway Patrol regarding an extremely drunk male trying to get into his vehicle at the Buckhorn Club, N. Main Street. Gone on arrival.


7:43 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Someone hit the caller's car with their vehicle and left while the caller was inside Lakeside Lanes, Lakeport Boulevard. Sgt. Kevin Odom took the report.
