12:52 a.m. – Followup. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at N. High Street. Gone on arrival.


1:10 a.m. – California Highway Patrol Assist. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Hillside Honda, S. Main Street. Outside agency assist.


1:54 a.m. – Citizen assist. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman received a report of a cell phone caller stuck in the mud. The subject says he got his vehicle stuck in the mud and needs assistance, but is unsure of his exact location. Officers responded to Todd Road and Parallel Drive. Citizens assist; waiting for tow.


8:21 a.m. – Possible suicide attempt. Officer Jim Bell responded to Regency Inn, N. Main Street. The subject’s mother reported her son has been making statements this morning about hanging himself. The son has been depressed, has a history of mental problems and is currently using medical marijuana. He is now not answering his cell phone, but the Regency Inn is his last known address. Gone on arrival; subject has not been there since last week.


8:42 a.m. – Vandalism. An anonymous male reports several county vehicles with their tires slashed behind the Clear Lake Club Bar. Report taken; prior case.


9:22 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Officer Jim Bell unlocked the bathroom at Library Park, Park Street.


10:12 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell responded to Campos Casuals, N. Main Street, regarding a report of a male subject pushing the Reporter’s father. The subject is currently in front of the business. General services rendered.


2:59 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Warning given.


3:17 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard and S. Forbes Street. Warning given.


3:32p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard and S. Forbes Street. Warning given.


6:23 p.m. – Welfare check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to an anonymous report of a subject inside Safeway, 11th Street, under the influence of marijuana and should not be driving. The caller requests the subject be checked out. General services rendered.


7:04 p.m. – 911 hangup. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and interim Chief Brad Rasmussen responded to Bevins Court. General services rendered.


7:44 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and interim Chief Brad Rasmussen responded to Lake County Probation, Smith Street. The caller sees a flash of light and hears loud banging noises on the roof, and heard it earlier today also. Referred to another agency.


8:40 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor responded to call on N. Brush Street. The dogs in the house on the corner have been barking since 3 p.m. A warning was given.
