11:56 a.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Jim Bell responded to a report of an abandoned truck on 14^th and Hartley streets. The caller stated the vehicle had been parked on the corner for several weeks. Moving violation citation issued.

3:39 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell responded to a report of a man punching his dog in the face. The subject was last seen walking on Main Street, toward 11th Street. Gone on arrival.

3:44 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at the courthouse, N. Forbes Street. Report taken.

4:22 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Several county vehicles with flat tires were reported in parking lot behind Shari’s Secret Garden, N. Main Street. General services rendered.

6:18 p.m. – Citizen assist. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to a request by a resident on Armstrong Street for extra patrol in front of his residence due to the presence of a float. General services rendered.

9:37 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning given.

10:11 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman responded to N. High and First streets. Several juveniles were reported to be walking back and forth around the neighborhood, possibly drinking. They are yelling and had choice words for the caller when she asked them to quiet down. Gone on arrival.

10:55 p.m. – Mental illness/detention. A caller on E Street reported that a subject started burning himself with a cigarette, and has been threatening suicide all day. Officers Richard Lamm and Jarvis Leishman, and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded.

11:55 p.m. – Simple battery. Sutter Lakeside Hospital, Hill Road East, reported a subject in the emergency room who was assaulted earlier at the courthouse, N. Forbes Street. A report was taken.
