Lakeport Police logs: Thursday, Nov. 18

9:04 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Caller from Camden Avenue reports her son is not answering her while she is calling him from downstairs. General services rendered.


11:10 a.m. – Family disturbance. Det. Destry Henderson and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to a report on Armstrong Street of a wife hitting the caller in the face. General services rendered.


11:27 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. The Lakeport Chamber of Commerce reported a two-vehicle collision on Lakeport Boulevard and Bevins Street. General services rendered.


2:01 p.m. – Shoplifter. Det. Destry Henderson responded to Kmart report of an adult male in the store, with a knife, opening items. Security had not made contact. Arrest made.


2:22 p.m. – Auto burglary. A caller reported a burglary to a car trunk at the Mendocino College Lake Center campus, Parallel Drive. Report taken.


4:58 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to S. Main Street. The caller's sister is being followed by her boyfriend and she is currently locked in her car. Gone on arrival.


7:27 p.m. – Simple battery. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Deputy Jose Zepeda responded to a 911 call from the Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. The caller advised the California Highway Patrol he had been assaulted. Arrest made.


7:59 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to an anonymous report of a fight in front of the Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. Gone on arrival.


8:58 p.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Safeway, 11th Street. Warning given.
