Lakeport Police logs: Saturday, Nov. 6

12:11 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at N. High and 17th streets. Citizen’s assist.


1:57 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officers Richard Lamm and Norm Taylor initiated activity at Lakeport Library, N. High Street. Arrest made.


2:33 p.m. – Public disturbance. A resident on Beach Court reported a male yelling a female’s name. He sounds drunk. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded. Gone on arrival.


6:46 a.m. – Attempt suicide. A resident on N. Main Street reported his 23-year-old brother was angry and walked away from the Inn, stating he was going to kill himself. Officer Jim Bell, Sgt. Chris Rivera and Deputy Gavin Wells responded and rendered general services.


8:17 a.m. – Followup. The caller advised his brother, the juvenile reported missing last night, returned home. Officer Jim Bell responded and took the report.


8:18 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Safeway, 11th Street. General services rendered.


8:37 a.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Regency Inn, N. Main Street. General services rendered.


9:29 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jim Bell responded to Regency Inn, regarding subject who might be in Room 113, wanting to attempt suicide. General services rendered.


11:33 a.m. – Problem with a subject. A resident 16th Street reported a neighbor was verbally harassing her 12-year-old daughter. Officer Jim Bell responded and rendered general services.


12:57 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. An anonymous caller reported a golden Labrador retriever was going in and out of traffic by the Taco Bell, Todd Road. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Jim Bell responded, but the animal was gone on arrival.


1:46 p.m. – Fire/other incident. A Lower Lake resident reported a neighbor on Bonham Road is burning too close to their home and smoke is coming into the residence. General services rendered.


3:49 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. The golden Lab is reportedly still running in and out of traffic at McDonald’s, Todd Road, and almost caused an accident. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Jim Bell responded and rendered general services.


6:45 p.m. – Threats. An employee at Full Throttle Tavern reported receiving threatening phone calls while at work, subject was calling her names and telling them to turn down the music. Officer Destry Henderson took the report.


8:32 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Tower Mart, Lakeport Boulevard. Moving violation citation.


10:45 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Royale Avenue and S. Main Street. Warning given.


10:45 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Richard Lamm and Norm Taylor initiated activity at the USA Gas, S. Main Street. Warning given.


11:10 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Richard Lamm and Norm Taylor initiated activity at Highway 29 and Highway 175. Moving violation citation issued.
