Lakeport Police logs: Friday, Nov. 5

12:31 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard. Warning given.


10:10 a.m. – Sex offenses. Caller at Evergreen Healthcare, Craig Avenue, believes there is a non-compliant sex offender registrant living in the facility. General services rendered.


11:26 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Clear Lake Street and Tunis Street. General services rendered.


11:35 a.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Boggs Lane. General services rendered.


11:55 a.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Express Mart, S. Main Street. Report taken.

 

12:18 p.m. – Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at TJs, S. Main Street. Report taken.


1:14 p.m. – Suspicious person. The California Highway Patrol reported a male subject asking for money in the McDonald’s parking lot, Todd Road. Officer Jim Bell responded and rendered general services.


2:29 p.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Safeway, 11th Street. Report taken.


2:31 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Ukiah Parole requested Lakeport Police pick up subject at location on N. Main Street. Officer Jim Bell made the arrest.


2:45 p.m. – Threats. The Mental Health Department, Parallel Drive, reported a subject calling from Perko’s, 11th Street, threatening to slit his wrists or go to Mental Health and rub feces all around. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded and took the report.


7:10 p.m. – Missing person runaway. The caller's 15-year-old brother has been living with the caller on High Street. He didn’t come home last night. The caller spoke with him at school and he was supposed to come back after school. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded and took the report.


8:28 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sutter Lakeside Hospital, Hill Road East, reported a problem with a subject which was starting to escalate because he had three bags of luggage. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded and rendered general services.


8:48 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Highway 29 and 11th Street. General services rendered.


9:09 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. A resident on Lupoyoma Heights Road reported someone broke out the windows to her brother’s vehicle. The suspect was seen carrying a bat or golf club a few minutes ago, and resides across the street. Officers Richard Lamm, Norm Taylor and Dale Stoebe responded and took the report.
