Lakeport Police logs: Thursday, Nov. 4

8:44 a.m. – Theft up to $400. Sgt. Jason Ferguson took a report on Lakeport Boulevard regarding a cell phone stolen from an unlocked vehicle several days ago.


9:41 a.m. – Follow up. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Clear Lake High School. General services rendered.


11:46 a.m. – Citizen assist. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity on Third and N. Forbes streets. Report taken.


2:07 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Sgt Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. General services rendered.


2:25 p.m. – Noise disturbance. A caller on Clearlake Avenue reported that his neighbor has his television turned up loud at night. General services rendered.


3:21 p.m – Health and safety other violations. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to a call from UPS, Craig Avenue, regarding marijuana in a package. Report taken.


4:58 p.m. – Citizen assist. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at First Street. General services rendered.


6:59 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to a report on N. High Street of ongoing issues with neighbors across the street parking too close to cars in order to harass his tenants. General services rendered.


11:12 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to a call regarding a large dog in the area of Oak Knoll Avenue and South Main Street, which has been barking all day. According to the caller, the dog now sounds desperate. The call was referred to animal control.


11:33 p.m. – Public disturbance. Caller on N. High and 16th streets reports two white males, approximately 18 years old, are causing a disturbance in the area, striking all the signs with their hands and yelling. The caller believes they are drunk. Deputy Jose Zepeda and Officer Jarvis Leishman issued a warning.
