12:25 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. Report taken.


1:27 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Highway 29 and Highway 175, in response to a citizen flag-down. General services rendered.


9:21 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Reported at the office of Dr. Wayne Scheidemann, 11th Street. Report taken.


9:39 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Fourth and N. Forbes streets. Warning given.


10:42 a.m. – Followup. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at S. Main Street. General services rendered.


1:53 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Bevins and Martin streets. Citizens assist.


2:00 p.m. – Followup. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Jones Automotive, Parallel Drive. Report taken.


2:34 p.m. – Citizen assist. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity, Parallel Drive. Report taken.


2:38 p.m. – Followup. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Express Mart, S. Main Street. Report taken.


3:30 p.m. – Shoplifter. Female detained at Kmart, S. Main Street. Arrest made.


3:59 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Reporter on Giselman would like a call regarding a vehicle that has been parked in front of his residence for the last two weeks. General services rendered.


4:10 p.m. – Mental illness/detention. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Dale Stoebe responded to a call from the Lake County Health Department, Parallel Drive. Subject went into the bathroom, cut his wrists and smeared feces on the walls. He then asked them to call 911 and is now in front of the building. No medical response is reported to be needed, as wounds appear superficial. Report taken.


4:22 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Stephanie Green responded to a call from a parent that her 13-year-old daughter left Terrace Middle School, on Lange Street, to walk home before she could be picked up. General services rendered.


5:04 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Giselman Street. Warning given.


5:10 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Caller on Bevins Court said she was being harassed and was starting to get scared. She could not spell her name and sounded extremely drunk. The caller hung up while on hold and on call back, said she did not want an officer to respond. General services rendered.


6:34 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Hartley Street and Anastasia Drive, behind the school. Parking citation issued.


6:39 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Hartley Street and Anastasia Drive. Parking citation issued.


6:52 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Crystal Lake Way and Howard Avenue. Warning given. This incident was related to the parking issue behind the high school.


7:10 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Giselman Street. General services rendered.
