Lakeport Police logs: Sunday, Oct. 31

12:15 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officers Richard Lamm and Norm Taylor, Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to an anonymous report of a loud party with possible underaged drinking on Oakcrest Drive. Warning given.


1:23 a.m. – Bar check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at TJs, S. Main Street. Warning given.


1:27 a.m. – Public disturbance. Deputies Jacob Steely and Jose Zepeda, Sgt. Corey Paulich and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Rancho de la Fuente, Soda Bay Road. Ten to 15 people were reported in front of the business, yelling, pushing and shoving. Report taken.


2:17 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Richard Lamm and Norm Taylor initiated activity at 16th and Hartley streets. Warning given.


2:26 a.m. – Public disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe, Officer Jarvis Leishman, Officer Richard Lamm and Officer Norm Taylor responded to anonymous report of two females in a possible physical altercation on Esplanade and S. Main streets. General services rendered.


2:45 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Richard Lamm and Norm Taylor initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard and S. Main Street. Warning given.


4:01 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officers Richard Lamm and Norm Taylor, and Deputy Jacob Steely responded to Forbes Apartments, S. Forbes Street. Two issues were reported: loud voices and possibly underaged drinking from one unit, and there is a green Ford Bronco parked in the carport, near the dumpster, with a male standing outside that doesn’t live at the complex. Arrest made.


8:47 a.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Jim Bell responded to caller at the Lakeport Police Department who is there to drop off his son and for the third time, the mother is not there. The caller states he has signed paperwork from her advising she does not wish further visitation with her son and the caller wants to document this issue. General services rendered.


11:06 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jim Bell responded to Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. Report taken.


11:40 a.m. – Citizen assist. Officer Jim Bell responded to residence on S. Main Street. The caller and her husband went outside while making breakfast and got locked out. She is unable to reach any locksmiths and is concerned she will start a fire due to the griddle being on. General services rendered.


12:19 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Jim Bell responded to an anonymous report of a juvenile female scrounging for money in the area of TnT on the Lake, 1st Street. Gone on arrival.


1 p.m. – Shoplifter. Sgt. Jason Ferguson reported to Kmart, S. Main Street. Report taken.


1:03 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officers Jim Bell and Sgt. Dave Perry responded to N. Forbes Street. An unknown male subject just entered the caller's house then the caller told him to leave. Report taken.


1:39 p.m. – Extra patrol. A request for an extra patrol has been received from Pool Street due to the nighttime theft of lawn furniture. General services rendered.


2:59 p.m. – Brandishing weapon. Deputy Darren Daskam and Sgt. Dave Perry responded to report from CHP regarding a male carrying two firearms walking on Alterra Street, away from Lakeshore Boulevard. Warning given.


7:50 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Michael Williams initiated activity at Sixth and Spurr streets. General services rendered.


8:30 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officers Richard Lamm and Norm Taylor responded to an anonymous report of ongoing problem of juveniles throwing eggs at houses on Ninth Street. Report taken.


8:34 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Michael Williams initiated activity at N. Brush and 11t streets. Warning given.


9:12 p.m. – Offenses against family and children. A 6-year-old just came home from a visitation with her father on Martin Street, and she has marks on her that she said were from the stepmom spanking her. Report taken.


10:48 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Richard Lamm and Norm Taylor, Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Michael Williams initiated activity at 11t Street and Highway 29. Warning given.


11:03 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Michael Williams initiated activity at N. Forbes and First streets. Warning given.
