Lakeport Police logs: Sunday, Oct. 24

12:10 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of people arguing and things being thrown out of the house and onto Ruby Drive. General services rendered.


1:22 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to a 911 call regarding a subject on the property on Parallel Drive, refusing to leave. Arrest made.


1:52 a.m. – Public disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe, Deputy Christopher Fisher and Deputy Jose Zepeda responded to call on Armstrong Street. There is an ongoing problem with people pounding on vehicle in the garage. General services rendered.


4:01 a.m. – Simple battery. Officer Norm Taylor reported to S. Polk and Martin streets. The caller was assaulted an hour ago by the suspect. Report taken.


9:16 a.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department. General services rendered.


9:58 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell and Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to a neighbor dispute on Parallel Drive. Civil assist.


12:17 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of a theft of a wallet in the last 30 minutes from an unlocked vehicle at Express Mart, S. Main Street. Report taken.


2:02 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Jim Bell reported to Armstrong and N. High streets. Citizens assist.


2:46 p.m. – Followup. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Seventh and N. Forbes streets. The mother of the caller requests the officer return to the scene of the traffic accident; she has further information and wants a report to be taken. General services rendered.


3:34 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. Report taken.


4:33 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Kmart. They reported problems with a subject no longer on scene, and the caller is concerned about personal retaliation from the subject.


6:07 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Officer Norm Taylor responded to report of a female customer at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. The female is being threatened by a male subject that is waiting for her outside. Referred to another agency; it’s the Clearlake Grocery Outlet.
