Lakeport Police logs: Sunday, Aug. 22

12:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Destry Henderson, Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Officer Richard Santor respond to call regarding three to four people in the vacant residence; possibly the

previous tenant. Warning.


4:43 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard. Citizens assist.


2:03 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to location next to Jack in the Box, Highway 29 and Highway 175; requesting tow. California Highway Patrol advised disposition. General services rendered.


2:55 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Bryce Court and Spurr Street. Warning.


10:22 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Deputies Elvis Cook, Richard Lamm and Todd Dunia, and Officer Richard Santor responded to report of vandalism to some water pipes of the snack bar area of the Auto Movies, Lakeport Cinema 5, Soda Bay Road. Suspects are still on scene; associated with a silver F150. General services rendered.


10:37 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson responded to report of anonymous male on Armstrong Street reports neighbors are being loud in the garage, possibly racing vehicles; ongoing issue. Warning.


11:14 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Richard Santor and Deputy Richard Lamm respond to subject who has been receiving harassing phone calls from a man she met in a mental hospital. He lives in Susanville and she has already had Susanville PD go do a welfare check on him but she is still concerned for her safety. Report taken.
