12:30 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Destry Henderson and Richard Santor responded to report of an unknown subject, about 20 to 24 years of age, is at a house on First Street, causing problems. He is very drunk and punching walls. Report taken.
1:02 p.m. – Officers Richard Santor and Destry Henderson respond to report of subject causing problems. Subject now is getting in a white Dodge Neon on First Street. Report taken.
1:07 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson and Deputy Todd Dunia initiated activity at Highway 29 and Ackley Road. Report taken.
8:59 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell responded to report that there is a tent set up with male and female sleeping inside by the willow tree at Lupoyoma Park. General services rendered.
9:07 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of a 15-year-old who has been shooting BBs at caller's dog on Second Street. Caller has asked subject to stop; this morning she found more than 30 BBs in yard. General services rendered.
11:08 a.m. – Officer Jim Bell and Lt. Brad Rasmussen responded to report of vehicle parked at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard, with a female in back with an open container of alcohol. Report taken.
12:12 p.m. – Wireless 911 hang up, Davis Avenue. General services rendered.
5:52 p.m. – Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Anastasia Drive and Hartley Street. Parking citation.
7:14 p.m. – Officer Destry Henderson and Deputy James Campbell responded to report of boaters who just towed in a 12-foot aluminum boat with tackle box in it; found in the middle of the lake. Unknown where the occupants are. Fifth Street boat ramp; contact on call boats. Unknown circumstances, possibly subjects fell into water. Report taken.
11:26 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at High Street Mall, N. High Street. Arrest made.
