2:51 a.m. – Deputy Don McPherson and Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at N. High Street; just heard what sounded like a traffic collision with a vehicle; stand by for further. Outside agency assist.


2:53 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Norm Taylor and Deputy Mauricio Barreto responded to N. High Street. Report taken.


7:31 a.m. – Found property. Officer Jim Bell responds to report of a found marijuana pipe on Main Street. General services rendered.


9:38 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Warning.


9:40 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell responded to California Highway Patrol report of a black Ford Bronco occupied by one male and female driving back and forth in and out of Westamerica Bank parking lot; driving reckless. Reported on S. Main Street. Gone on arrival.


9:43 a.m. – Trespassing. Officer Jim Bell, Chief Kevin Burke and Det. Louis Riccardi respond to Bank of America, N. Main Street, regarding an ongoing problem. Subject in the bank refusing to leave; has been asked not to return in the past. Warning.


9:43 a.m. – Missing person adult. Officer Jim Bell responds to report of subject who was last seen at Dollar Tree, S. Main Street, last night around 9 p.m. Caller dropped her off to meet up with friends to go to the drive-in and she never made it there and never came home. General services rendered.


11:07 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Jim Bell responds to report of a verbal between subjects at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home, S. Main Street. Ongoing problem; female half is outside. General services rendered.


1:13 p.m. – Contempt of court. Officer Jim Bell responded to call about violation of restraining order. Subject is restrained from the residence, N. Brush Street. General services rendered.


1:32 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell and Deputy Cynthia Radoumis respond to report of an unknown male associated with a motorcycle without a helmet racing up and down Starr Street, from Martin Street to Second Street and back, has occurred several times. Warning.


1:55 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell, Chief Kevin Burke and Det. Louis Riccardi respond to report of a small black Nissan has been following caller for about the last seven miles. Location is N. Main and Third streets; 1989 Nissan Sentra. Arrest made.


2:29 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Det. Louis Riccardi responded to Lakeport Fire Department which requests traffic control at Parallel Drive. Outside agency assist.


4:58 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of a stereo reported stolen out of boat on Royale Avenue. Report taken.


5:20 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at S. Main Street and Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


7:15 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report from anonymous female regarding three female juveniles, one male and possibly a child, shooting a paintball gun at a stop sign on corner of Sixth and N. Brush Street. Gone on arival.


9:21 p.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report of an unknown white male outside caller's door on Beach Court, knocking and asking to be let in. Caller is stating someone is after him and threatening him; white male, 40s, 5’9”, heavy, balding brown hair; last seen wearing tank top. Arrest made.


11:51 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Highway 29 and Highway 175. Warning.
