8:20 a.m. – Anonymous male reports unlicensed dirt bike on Highway 29 and Highway 175. Subject is driving recklessly, carrying a backpack, wearing a black helmet and a red-colored jacket. General services rendered.
8:53 a.m. – Officer Norm Taylor responds to report of male living in a tent at the top of the flat area of Grace Lane for two weeks. Subject leaves during the day, but personal property remains there. Caller asks to have it checked out. General services rendered.
9:01 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of possible deceased person, 38-year-old male, not breathing on Clear Lake Avenue. Report taken.
5:29 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor responds to resident on 24th Street who reports being threatened by the neighbor to kill her feline; currently at his home. Report taken.
6:33 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Chief Kevin Burke receive report about a woman's boyfriend, 38 year old male, who is drunk and bipolar and just assaulted her; held her down and covered her mouth. Subject currently is inside the residence. General services rendered.
7:36 p.m. – Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to caller in the parking lot at the elementary school, associated with black Dodge, who reports her ex-brother-in-law has a temporary restraining order to stay away from stepdaughter and is at the school talking to her now. Report taken.
9:45 p.m. – Officer Destry Henderson responds to report from Advanced Electronics Security which reported Terrace Middle School MAC Building Band Room, Lange Street, south door and room motion alarm set off; received a system restore but advised nobody should be there. Report taken.
9:57 p.m. – Simple assault. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responds to caller who was assaulted by two Hispanic males and a Hispanic female after they hit his vehicle with their vehicle door. Responsible subjects left scene in a gold four-door sedan. Caller denies medical; is in front of Safeway, 11th Street. Report taken.
10:24 p.m. – Officers Destry Henderson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe respond to report of five to six people in a heated verbal on Starr and Armstrong streets. Caller thought he heard a gun shot go off and also heard people yelling racial slurs. Gone on arrival.
10:52 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe, Officer Destry Henderson and Deputy Don McPherson initiated activity at Armstrong and S. Starr streets – three at gunpoint. General services rendered.
11:05 p.m. – Followup. Officer Destry Henderson, Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Deputy Don McPherson initiated activity at First Street. General services rendered.
